1. General Terms & Introduction

• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the origins of illegally obtained funds.
• Depositing and playing with the intent to initiate a chargeback.

If any such activity is detected, AQ99 will immediately suspend the account, forfeit all balances, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.
